Fincantieri SPA

Genoa, Italy

In partnership with TPR Fiberdur GmbH & Co. KG, we are assembling GRP pipelines prefabricated by our partner on vessel 6321. The project includes the installation of seawater and pool water systems at the renowned Fincantieri SPA shipyard.

Fincantieri SPA

Palermo, Italy

Our team is working at the Fincantieri SPA shipyard in Palermo on vessel 6322. Here, we are responsible for building and assembling the pool water systems as part of the vessel’s final outfitting.

VARD Shipyard

Tulcea, Romania

At the VARD shipyard in Tulcea, we are constructing seawater systems for vessel 6322. This project focuses on delivering high-quality GRP pipeline installations for the ship's essential systems.

RECENT PROJECTS

Each project exemplifies our technical expertise and consistent delivery of high-quality GRP and steel pipeline solutions for the maritime and industrial sectors. Our work reflects a commitment to precision, compliance with industry standards, and long-term performance.

Pioneering Spirit

Installed a ballast water treatment system, including chemical and UV filters, to ensure proper cleaning of ballast water. This work was carried out on one of the largest crane vessels in the world, designed for the removal and installation of oil platforms.

Carnival Vista

Completed the retrofitting of GRP potable water systems throughout the engine room, spanning the full length of the vessel, replacing both fresh water and hot water systems previously made from GF (George Fischer) piping.

MSC Explora I

Retrofitted the reverse osmosis system on the potable water system in collaboration with Culligan, ensuring efficient water treatment.

MSC Anna & MSC Viviana

Retrofitted ballast water treatment systems while both vessels remained in operation, minimizing downtime.

Technip Deep Explorer

Replaced deteriorating Cunifer piping with GRP pipes on the outlets and inlets of pumps and heat exchangers, significantly improving the system's durability and performance.

Oceania Vista

Installed GRP piping on the scrubber system and pool system, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Bigroll Biscay

Installed a ballast water treatment system and retrofitted seawater system connections to enable backflush of heat exchangers, enhancing system performance.
